About the Role:
We're looking for an Video Production Specialist on the IT team to help us transform the lives of patients with serious and rare diseases. Reporting to the Director, Conference Rooms, Production & Studio Operations, you execute video capture, post-production, and technical support functions. The role requires proficiency in professional video equipment operation, post-production workflows, and videoconferencing systems administration.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide your technical expertise as Videographer/Editor.

You'll also:

• Operate professional-grade video cameras and DSLRs to capture broadcast-quality footage.
• Configure and calibrate lighting systems, professional audio recording equipment and multi-camera setups for live production environments.
• Execute post-production workflows using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Implement digital asset management protocols and maintain structured file hierarchies.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco videoconferencing infrastructure and endpoints.
• Provide technical support for video meeting platforms including Zoom, Teams and WebEx.
• Deliver projects within specified timelines while maintaining technical quality standards and broadcast specifications.

Who You Are:

You are or have:

• 5+ years of experience in video production.
• Proficiency with professional camera, audio and lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of editing software (Davinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

You will work:

This role is based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office and requires full-time, in-person presence to support hands-on collaboration, access specialized equipment, and/or operational needs.

Pay Range:
$48.00-61.00 Hourly
